About The Position

The Design Consultant is responsible for collaborating with our teams from Design, Operations, Manufacturing, and Installation to create one-of-a-kind kitchen designs. This role involves promoting and selling products and services, designing kitchens, managing orders, providing customer support, prospecting for new business, and conducting site inspections.

Requirements

• An entrepreneurial spirit, passion for design, and a drive for success
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of building codes and compliance issues
• Minimum of one year of experience in kitchen design and sales
• Experience in design software such as 2020 Design Technologies, AutoCAD, etc.
• A valid driver’s license (and vehicle)

Nice To Haves

• A degree or diploma from an accredited interior design or architecture program will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Promotion and sale of our products and services to retail customers, renovators, and small home builders
• Design of dream kitchens as per the needs of the client
• Order management
• Customer support
• Prospecting for new business and accounts as required
• Measure – Mark outs of sites.
• Inspections of installations.
