Requirements

Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations
Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close
Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems
Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process
Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed
Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
