About The Position

As a Design Consultant, you will deliver exceptional showroom experiences while guiding clients through their kitchen design journey. This role blends design expertise, sales, and client relationship management, from initial consultation through project development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design, kitchen design, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction techniques, and industry trends.

Nice To Haves

• Sales or lead generation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary space plans, guide material selections, and prepare initial project estimates that balance functionality and aesthetics.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and showroom visits, guiding prospective clients through the design process.
• Build relationships with local architects, designers, and developers to generate new showroom traffic and client opportunities.
• Maintain showroom presentation, including daily opening, styling, and closing responsibilities.
