About The Position

Re-Bath is seeking a Design Consultant for their Pittsburgh location. This full-time, W-2 position offers a guaranteed base salary plus tiered commissions and performance bonuses, with target earnings between $150,000 and $200,000+, and uncapped potential. The company provides 100% pre-set and confirmed appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling or canvassing. As the face of Re-Bath, you will visit homeowners to design and sell bathroom remodeling solutions, utilizing proprietary software and a proven sales system. The role involves conducting in-home design consultations, creating visualizations of dream bathrooms, and mastering the one-call close for high-ticket projects ranging from $11,000 to $35,000+.

Requirements

2 years of In-Home Sales experience is a plus
Past success in bathroom remodeling or larger-ticket home improvements (windows, roofing, HVAC) is a significant advantage.
Goal-oriented high-achiever with a "closers" mindset.
Comfortable using tablets and CRM tools for presentations and contracts.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
