If you have experience in high-ticket home improvement—specifically bathroom sales—this is the career move you've been waiting for. As an Outside Sales Representative, you are the face of Re-Bath. You will visit homeowners across the Indianapolis region to design and sell bathroom remodeling solutions.

Requirements

You are a goal-oriented high-achiever with a "closers" mindset.
Comfortable using tablets and CRM tools for presentations and contracts.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.

Nice To Haves

2 years of In-Home Sales experience is a plus
Past success in bathroom remodeling or larger-ticket home improvements (windows, roofing, HVAC) is a significant advantage

Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proven sales system.
Utilize proprietary software to help homeowners visualize their dream bathroom.
Master the one-call close on high-ticket home improvement projects ($11k–$35k+).
Build lasting trust and rapport with customers through professionalism and integrity.
