Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and inquire about their needs.
Provide assistance in finding the right pieces based on customer preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
Explain product features, materials, and benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
Highlight quality construction, design aesthetics, and customization options.
Guide customers through the purchasing process.
Process transactions, arrange delivery or pickup, and address customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.
Assist with post-sales inquiries.
Handle administrative duties such as updating inventory records, responding to emails or phone calls.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
Participate in weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
