About The Position

Join the Timberline team for Fall 2026 Co-op! This role involves working with the Design Team to deliver quality design and construction documents. You will collaborate closely with team members to complete projects on aggressive schedules, meeting deadlines within expected time and budget constraints. Responsibilities include generating revisions and corrections from mock-ups and redlined drawings, implementing drawing modification procedures, and preparing drawings accordingly. The position fosters collaboration between offices and team members while promoting the design vision. You will also assist the project team with internal/external presentations and communicate regularly on assignment status. Working with the project manager and project architect, you will help develop project concepts.

Requirements

• Working towards a degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or Interior Design
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Positive team player with strong work ethic
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent time-management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables.
• Strong technical knowledge and design aptitude

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred
