About The Position

At Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping, we are seeking a Design-Build Team Leader who is passionate about building incredible outdoor spaces and isn't afraid to work alongside their team. This role is for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, leading people, and transforming plans into remarkable projects. As a Design-Build Team Leader, you will lead crews in installing high-quality landscape and hardscape projects, working closely with Project Managers, mentoring crew members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Cross Creek's standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing a Design-Build installation crew
• Reading and implementing landscape and construction plans
• Coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Maintaining safe, organized, and professional job sites
• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates
• Training crew members and helping them advance their skills
• Operating equipment safely and teaching others to do the same
• Keeping projects on schedule and within budget
• Taking ownership of project quality from start to finish
