About The Position
Iconic Construction LLC in Fenton, MO is hiring a Design-Build Sales Consultant to drive project sales through consultative, relationship-based selling. Our projects are deeply personal to our clients, and we believe trust, communication, and guidance matter just as much as craftsmanship. This role includes company-generated opportunities with uncapped commission potential for high performers. Top performers earn $100,000+ annually based on sales performance and closed construction projects. This is a construction sales and client relationship role focused on guiding homeowners and clients through project decisions from initial conversation to signed agreement. You will meet clients on-site, understand their goals, and provide clear, consultative project solutions, including scope and pricing. Success in this role comes from building trust, leading conversations naturally, and closing construction projects without high-pressure sales tactics. Requirements
- 3+ years in sales, construction sales, or client relationship management
- Strong track record of winning and delivering successful projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead conversations without high-pressure tactics
- Ability to understand construction scope, measurements, and project details
- Self-motivated with strong drive for uncapped commission income
Nice To Haves
- Experience in estimating or project quoting preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage your construction sales pipeline from lead to closed project
- Meet homeowners on-site to evaluate projects and guide renovation planning
- Build client relationships and develop trust through consultative sales
- Present construction project proposals, scope, and pricing
- Guide clients through project decisions, timelines, and budgets
- Maintain CRM records of leads, client interactions, and project status
- Close construction sales through relationship-based selling (not pressure sales)
