Responsibilities

  • Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations (like reading what a customer needs at the bar)
  • Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
  • Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
  • Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
