Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required
2 years of reception/general office experience
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Polished image
Must pass work eligibility requirements.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred

Responsibilities

Answers internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments.
Greet customers, vendors and other visitors.
Receive transfers - counts with warehouse, receiving correct material, binning properly
Invoicing - daily trucks, counts with drivers, confirming correct material
Input client details into Customer Record Management System ensuring accuracy
Prepare shipments for overnight service pick-up.
Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Assist clients during peak business hours
Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management.
