About The Position

Floor Coverings International brings the showroom to the customer, literally. The Design & Sales Consultant will pull their Mobile Flooring Showroom to the homeowner's driveway and guide them through an in-home consultation, understanding their space, style, and budget, then presenting a proposal and closing the deal in one visit. This role is consultative, focusing on helping homeowners make the right decision. Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction
Ability to build trust fast and read a room
Comfortable estimating and pricing
Natural networker who's always growing their circle
Energized by closing same-day
Organized, self-motivated, and tech-comfortable
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Running appointments from a mix of company-provided leads and own prospecting
Networking and building referral relationships to grow pipeline
Guiding homeowners to the right choice through honest, consultative conversation and earning the close in the same visit
Presenting proposals and pricing clearly
Owning the pipeline, including proposals, follow-ups, and closing with confidence
