Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction.
Ability to build trust quickly and read a room.
Proficiency with numbers, including estimating and pricing.
Natural networking skills and a drive to grow one's professional circle.
Comfortable with closing sales on the same day as the appointment.
Organized, self-motivated, and tech-comfortable.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Running appointments from a mix of company-provided leads and personal prospecting.
Networking and building referral relationships to grow the sales pipeline.
Guiding homeowners to the right flooring choices through honest, consultative conversations.
Earning the sale during the same in-home visit.
Presenting proposals and pricing clearly.
Managing the sales pipeline, including proposals and follow-ups.
Closing deals with confidence.
