Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management and email marketing software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video editing software and basic video production.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web content customization.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role within a corporate or agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design marketing collateral such as brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Develop and manage marketing and social media calendars and track project deadlines to ensure all initiatives are completed on schedule.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with fresh, engaging content.
  • Support event planning and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
