Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to perform light lifting.
- Must be willing to learn paint side of operations, in addition to the home fashions role.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in window treatments, color consultation, and/or interior design a plus OR sales experience for other home improvement/design product lines
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the selection of custom window treatments, wallcoverings, and paint colors/finishes for their home and/or business.
- Help generally in the paint department.
- Meet customer needs in a manner that represents the JC Licht premium brand name and “Make it Happen” credo.
- Navigate POS system and prepare quotes.
- Cultivate appointments for our In-Home services from daily store traffic.
- Drive sales and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with In-Home associates to best service customers.
- Perform light lifting.
- Learn the paint side of operations, in addition to the home fashions role.
