In this position, the employee is responsible for reviewing and approving project files for warranty eligibility, ensuring that all documentation and installation details meet established standards. On a daily basis, the role involves responding to a variety of technical inquiries related to Carlisle’s roofing systems. This includes providing guidance on installation design and application procedures, offering support on roofing system design, interpreting building code requirements, and advising on wind design considerations. The employee serves as a technical resource, helping internal teams and external customers navigate complex specifications to ensure compliance and optimal system performance. Strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some extended hours or weekend work may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve submitted project files for warranty.
  • Respond via telephone, email or formal writing to technical inquiries related to warranty, design and code requirements.
  • Participate in job site visits to evaluate field conditions and offer necessary design options.
  • As required, assist in updating specification and code approval guide materials
  • Other special projects as needed.
