About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join TLC Dermatology Medical Center in Redding, CA. Led by Dr. Tinyee Chang, TLC Dermatology Medical Center has been a trusted part of the Redding community for more than 20 years. Dr. Chang has built her practice with the community in mind, providing personalized care for a wide range of dermatologic conditions — from chronic skin disorders and skin cancer to cosmetic and aesthetic services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dermatology APP to join a well-established practice with a strong local reputation, an experienced clinical team, and a comprehensive approach to dermatologic care. Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Active California PA or NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior dermatology experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and confidence managing a broad range of medical and surgical dermatology conditions.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for providing high-quality dermatologic care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with patients.
• A collaborative team player who values personalized care and enjoys working within an established dermatology practice.
• Interest in building a long-term career within a respected community practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, skin cancer, and other dermatologic conditions.
• Perform full-body skin examinations, biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Evaluate and manage both new and established patients across a broad range of medical and surgical dermatology needs.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Chang and the practice's clinical team to provide high-quality, personalized patient care.
• Help patients navigate skin cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in a practice that values compassion, education, and individualized care.
