About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join their thriving practice serving Quincy and Plymouth, MA. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established practice with a loyal patient base, in-house Mohs surgery, and a full spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services. The role involves practicing at the top of your license, providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions, performing skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures. The position offers a Monday-Friday, 4-day workweek with no call requirements. The practice is known for its strong, collaborative clinical team and outstanding patient reputation.

Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a busy, multi-location practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team.
• Provide support for in-house Mohs surgery for complex cases.
