About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Practice Manager to oversee our daily clinic operations, champion a positive team culture, and optimize patient care. This is an exciting time to join us! Alongside our established dermatology clinic, we are launching a brand-new Mohs Surgery Center. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in opening this new space, leading and mentoring staff, collaborating with providers, and maximizing overall practice productivity.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of dermatology manager experience and leading a team is required
Knowledge of dermatology medical terminology and insurance practices is required
Ability to communicate constructively, clearly, and effectively with patients, other departments, and the medical staff
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and direct the work of others

Responsibilities

Oversees the operations of the practice and Mohs Surgery Center in order to ensure that continuous, quality, accurate, timely and cost-effective services are provided
Collaborates with providers and other departments to ensure a high-quality patient experience
Provides effective leadership and promotes teamwork both internally and externally. Develops goals and performance expectations for staff.
Responsible for patient relations and works collaboratively with professional staff and other departments to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction
Development and implementation of continuous quality improvement and monitoring on an ongoing basis to meet the mission, goals and objectives of the practice
