About The Position

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a full or part-time BC/BE Dermatologist to join its busy practice. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative Dermatology department team of 3 Dermatologists, which include a Mohs surgeon and Tele dermatologist, and 5 Advanced Practice Clinicians. Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region. The role focuses on Medical Dermatology with additional opportunities for Pediatric Dermatology, Procedural, Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology as desired. This is an outpatient practice with no call requirement. A virtual scribe is available if desired, and full support staff is provided. There are optional teaching opportunities with Columbia Medical Students and Bassett’s Internal Medicine and Surgical Residents.

Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS
• BC/BE
• Completion of an accredited USA Dermatology residency
• New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS Certification Required
• DEA Required

Responsibilities

• Medical Dermatology with additional opportunity for Pediatric Dermatology, Procedural, Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology as desired
