About The Position
This dermatology practice is located in Southern California and operates as a solo-provider office offering general, surgical, and light cosmetic dermatology services. The Physician Assistant will independently manage a mix of medical dermatology visits — including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer screenings — alongside select cosmetic procedures such as peels and injectables. The role offers a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical experience in dermatology
- Active PA-C certification through NCCPA
- Unrestricted California Physician Assistant license
- Experience performing biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy
- Comfort working autonomously with minimal physician oversight
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with basic cosmetic procedures
- Experience with chemical peels and injectables
