About The Position
Partnership Health, an outpatient Family Practice in Toms River, NJ, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position, 4 hours per week. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality patient care, focusing on skin health and treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with experience in various medical environments, including pediatrics and outpatient services. Requirements
- Current state licensure in New Jersey as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in dermatology required
- Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating strong communication skills with patients and families.
- This position requires a compassionate individual who is committed to improving the lives of patients through effective dermatological care.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Dermatology NP/PA experience
- Experience in various medical environments, including pediatrics, and outpatient services.
- Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for dermatological conditions.
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments as needed.
- Provide education to patients regarding skin care, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
