About The Position

An established, well-resourced dermatology organization in the Modesto, California area is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Dermatology Physician Assistant to join its growing team. In this opportunity you won’t spend months wondering when your schedule will fill. The patients are already here. The infrastructure is already in place. And the demand for care continues to grow. The incoming Dermatology NP / PA will step into busy, established clinics alongside a team of more than five experienced dermatology providers. With strong clinical and administrative support behind you, you can focus your energy where it matters most: building a productive practice, developing meaningful patient relationships and growing your career. This position is particularly well suited to a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who is comfortable practicing independently, takes initiative and wants the freedom to build momentum rather than wait for it.

Requirements

1+ years of dermatology NP/PA experience
Independent, motivated provider
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable practicing independently
Takes initiative

Responsibilities

Join an established team of 5+ experienced dermatology providers
Step into a large existing patient base with significant pent-up demand
Expect approximately 30–35 patients per day
Become productive quickly with a schedule designed to remain consistently busy
Benefit from robust clinical and administrative support that keeps the practice running efficiently
Work within a well-resourced organization with the infrastructure to support a high-performing dermatology practice
Practice across established locations in the greater Modesto area
