Experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Shareholder Track
About The Position
Join a thriving dermatology practice in Delray, FL and Wellington, FL with Skin and Cancer Associates! We’re looking for an Advanced Practice Provider with experience in General Dermatology to join our friendly, highly trained team dedicated to clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience. This role offers practice autonomy, allowing you to build your desired practice mix (General Dermatology, Surgical, and Cosmetics) and work with the latest equipment. The position is full-time, requiring 4 or more days per week, and includes a competitive compensation structure with a guaranteed first-year salary or Personal Net Collections (whichever is greater), a partnership and shareholder track, comprehensive benefits, and relocation reimbursement.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible NP or PA
- At least 2 years' experience in General Dermatology
- Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
Responsibilities
- Provide both general and cosmetic dermatology services.
- Practice with autonomy using the latest equipment.
- Build your desired practice mix (General Dermatology, Surgical, and Cosmetics).
