About The Position
Vanguard Dermatology is seeking a strong Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established and highly regarded practice serving the Inwood, NY community. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving practice with a loyal patient base and immediate patient volume. The practice is patient-centered and committed to providing the highest-quality care for patients of all ages, including medical, surgical, cosmetic, and pathology services. PhyNet Dermatology is a network of dermatologists, dermatopathologists and Mohs surgeons supported by experienced healthcare leaders who serve as a comprehensive practice partner to enable physicians to do what they do best: provide quality medical care and an outstanding patient experience.
Requirements
- Strong Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant skills.
- Ability to work in a patient-centered practice.
- Experience with medical, surgical, cosmetic, and pathology services in dermatology.
- Proficiency with EMA Charting System.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a thriving practice with immediate patient volume.
- Experience with dedicated support staff including experienced Medical Assistants trained to scribe, assist with prior authorizations, and coordinate patient follow-up.
- Experience in modern, well-appointed facilities equipped with specialized dermatology equipment and procedure rooms.
- Experience with strong patient demand generated through an established referral network and community presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical, surgical, cosmetic, and pathology services in dermatology.
- Manage a loyal patient base with immediate patient volume.
- Utilize the EMA Charting System.
