About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join TLC Dermatology Medical Center in Redding, CA. Led by Dr. Tinyee Chang, TLC Dermatology Medical Center has been a trusted part of the Redding community for more than 20 years. Dr. Chang has built her practice with the community in mind, providing personalized care for a wide range of dermatologic conditions — from chronic skin disorders and skin cancer to cosmetic and aesthetic services. Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Interest in a long-term opportunity with openness to partnership/ownership.
Comfort managing a full-scope medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology caseload.
Strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and a patient-first mindset.
Business-minded approach and interest in contributing to practice growth.
Collaborative team player who is excited to build on an established practice.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer.
Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
Provide personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
Step into an established patient base while continuing to grow your own panel.
Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
Develop leadership and practice management responsibilities as you progress toward partnership.
