About The Position

A thriving, physician-focused dermatology practice on Florida's Gulf Coast is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team. This practice offers the resources and infrastructure of an established organization while maintaining a collaborative, patient-first environment where physicians can build rewarding, long-term careers. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible 3-4 day work week, allowing for a balance between professional and personal life. Physicians will practice general/medical dermatology with opportunities to perform surgical and cosmetic procedures. Those with an interest in pediatric dermatology are particularly welcome. The position offers immediate patient demand with an established referral network, ensuring a full schedule from day one. Dedicated administrative teams handle marketing, billing, human resources, credentialing, and compliance, enabling physicians to concentrate on patient care. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support are provided for EMA, coding, and clinical workflows. There is also an opportunity to expand cosmetic services through advanced aesthetic training, if desired, and potential leadership opportunities exist for those looking to develop areas of clinical specialization. An optional participation in a growing clinical research program is available for physicians interested in expanding beyond traditional patient care.

Requirements

• Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist

• Accepting 2027 Dermatology Resident Applications
