About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to help establish a new Skin Institute practice in Oxford, Mississippi. This is a new, growth opportunity connected to The Skin Institute in Greenville, allowing the incoming physician to help build a new practice while benefiting from the reputation, clinical experience, and broader support of an established Mississippi dermatology organization. The Skin Institute's established Greenville practice provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and is known for advanced laser and aesthetic services. The Oxford opportunity is intended to extend that presence into a new market and offers a physician the chance to shape the practice as it grows. The practice is an established Mississippi dermatology brand led by Joseph Terracina, MD, who has practiced in Greenville since 1993. It offers a full-scope dermatology model including medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, skin cancer care, reconstructive procedures, cosmetic dermatology, and laser-based treatments. The established clinical team between two Mississippi locations includes board certified dermatologists, advanced practice providers and experienced support staff. Oxford offers the opportunity to build a dermatology practice in a distinctive North Mississippi community known for the University of Mississippi, its historic town square, literary and cultural identity, and strong sense of Southern charm.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
• Active Mississippi medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Physician who is excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a new practice.
• Comfort with medical and surgical dermatology.
• Entrepreneurial, patient-focused physician interested in a long-term opportunity in Mississippi

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dermatologist helping launch and grow The Skin Institute's Oxford presence.
• Build a practice across medical and surgical dermatology, with the potential to incorporate cosmetic/aesthetic services based on physician interest and market development.
• Develop long-term patient and referral relationships in Oxford and the surrounding region.
• Help shape workflows, service offerings, and growth priorities for a new location.
• Opportunity to grow patient volume and earning potential as the practice develops.
