About The Position

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dermatologist to provide specialized skin care services to a diverse patient population at an FQHC facility in Klamath Falls, OR. This role offers an exceptional starting salary with significant productivity bonus potential, along with a robust benefits package including HRSA loan forgiveness. The work schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 6 pm. This position offers a collaborative, team-based care model in a mission-driven community health center, allowing the opportunity to serve medically needy and underserved communities with a culturally diverse patient population.

Requirements

  • Board certification or board eligibility is required.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of medicine is required.
  • Current, valid license to practice in the State of Oregon, including a DEA license and CPR, is required.
  • Current, relevant, and substantial knowledge of areas related to health center licensing and operations, e.g., legal/regulatory, administrative, policy, protocols, and other clinical issues, especially within an FQHC environment, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in collaborative settings is required.
  • Understands and is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of a culturally diverse patient and employee population.

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of experience within a primary health care environment, preferably in medically needy and underserved communities and in a community health center setting.
  • Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dermatological care, including diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.
  • Perform skin examinations, biopsies, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document clinical observations and maintain timely medical records in accordance with clinic protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and adhere to industry standards.
  • Comply with all clinic safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build respectful, relationship-based care with patients and the care team.
