About The Position
A thriving, physician-led dermatology group is expanding to meet strong patient demand in a vibrant university-centered community in northern West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist seeking a busy, well-supported practice where you can step in and build a full schedule quickly—without sacrificing autonomy or work-life balance. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible 4-day workweek. You will practice a mix of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology with an established patient base and immediate volume (no ramp-up required!). The caseload ranges from common conditions to more complex dermatologic care. The clinic environment is modern with efficient workflows and advanced technology. An experienced clinical and administrative team supports providers, allowing them to focus on patient care. You’ll be joining a larger, well-resourced organization that offers the infrastructure and stability physicians value—while maintaining a supportive, close-knit clinic culture at the local level.
