About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking board-certified dermatologists, 2026 and 2027 dermatology residents, and Mohs surgeons to join its growing team in Monroe, New York. This is an opportunity to join a large group dermatology practice serving patients across multiple states and offering medical and cosmetic dermatology services. The organization’s mission is to deliver the Ultimate Patient Experience while maintaining a supportive working environment for providers, support staff, and other team members. The role offers a competitive compensation model, favorable payer contracts and reimbursement structures, comprehensive health benefits, retirement and flexible spending benefits, experienced medical leadership and support staff, access to leading dermatologists, advanced training and education, and access to current technologies and equipment. The stated compensation range is $500,000–$550,000+, with a $125,000 sign-on bonus. Competitive packages may also include signing and relocation bonuses.
