About The Position

Anne Arundel Dermatology is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join their established Virginia Beach practice, Virginia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center. This opportunity offers a mix of medical dermatology and aesthetics within a thriving coastal market. The incoming physician will enjoy an established patient base, a collaborative team environment, and the support of one of the country's fastest-growing dermatology organizations. They welcome applications from experienced dermatologists as well as 2027 dermatology residents. Competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance are available. The practice offers a four-day workweek, established patient demand with significant growth opportunity, a mix of medical dermatology and aesthetics, a lucrative compensation model with strong earning potential, and the opportunity for APP supervision in the future if desired. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Dermatology Residency Program
• Strong clinical and procedural dermatology skills
• Interest in both medical dermatology and aesthetics preferred
• Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions
• Perform dermatologic procedures consistent with training and experience
• Provide aesthetic consultations and treatments, if desired
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships and contribute to practice growth
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction
