About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our store in Guernsey. This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days. The role involves coaching and developing your team to exceed expectations, leading by example by managing junior managers and the sales team, and encouraging the team to deliver the most exceptional shopping experience. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training new talent, setting goals, achieving targets, and driving KPIs. Striving for operational excellence, celebrating achievements, and promoting the schuh brand through service values are key aspects. Additionally, you will create exciting new store displays with the freedom to make commercial decisions within visual merchandising guidelines, and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
