About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Site Manager to oversee and manage all security operations for a designated facility under our contract. You will be responsible for leading the security personnel and ensuring the development, implementation, and adherence to policies and procedures that uphold security standards across the site. Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance Required: TS-SCI-CI Poly. Candidates may be considered for sponsorship if they meet our preferred qualifications.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid U.S. state-issued driver's license.
• No domestic violence convictions (Lautenberg compliance).
• At least one of the following: Two years of service in the U.S. Armed Forces, Two years of experience in physical security or a combo of military service and security experience, An associate degree or higher in a security-related or law enforcement field, Completion of a police officer basic training academy, Three years of experience as a security officer.
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing and training.
• Pass employment physical, background checks, and client approval for specific work locations.

Nice To Haves

• Security Clearance strongly preferred: TS-SCI Poly
• 7+ years in Federal or local law enforcement with recent SWAT or tactical experience.
• 5+ years in Federal or local law enforcement with a demonstrated career progression.
• 4+ years of recent military experience in a combat arms MOS.
• A solid work history with upward movement and no unexplained gaps.
