Position Overview The Deputy Program Manager will operate as both the Deputy Program Manager/Quality Control Manager (QCM) of the program. As the Deputy PM, this position will serve as a backup to the PM in all program management responsibilities, tasks, and functions. As the Quality Control Manager, this position will assess the overall quality of services and deliverables required under this PWS.
