About The Position

The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in leading a highly skilled workforce delivering mission‑critical capabilities to CI, CT, and HUMINT partners. This includes oversight and coordination of intelligence, analytical, cyber, forensics, technology protection, and computer science functions that enable investigative and operational activities. This is a high‑impact leadership role supporting some of the nation’s most sensitive and mission‑critical intelligence operations. You will shape program strategy, guide a talented workforce, and directly influence national security outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required.
  • High School Diploma + 12 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree in Intelligence, Business, or related field + 10 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence, Business, or related field + 8 years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree in Intelligence, Business, or related field + 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Recent relevant experience within the last 2 years.
  • Experience supporting programs of 100+ personnel across multiple locations and mission areas.
  • Experience performing project management functions within the DoD or Intelligence Community for mid‑ to large‑scale programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of an intelligence analysis course, HUMINT collection course, or Counterintelligence Special Agent training.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Prior experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or IC, conducting HUMINT collection, or performing Counterintelligence investigations or operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in directing day‑to‑day program operations, ensuring production schedules, mission deliverables, and performance standards are consistently met.
  • Assist in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all program elements, including systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and operational activities.
  • Ensure effective utilization of system resources and workflow processes to maintain operational efficiency and mission alignment.
  • Foster strong working relationships with government customers, mission partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
  • Identify, assess, and support mitigation of program risks while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and resolve production‑related issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions that support mission success.
  • Provide input for executive‑level reporting, briefings, and decision support to senior leadership.
