The work: Assists the Engineering Manager in overseeing and coordinating engineering activities within the program. This role involves managing engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence, and leading a team of engineers to meet project goals. The Deputy Engineering Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions and maintain high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or technical field
• 8 years of engineering experience
• 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in managing engineering projects from concept to completion
• IAT level 3 certification
• Active Secret clearance
