About The Position

TopSpeed is looking for an experienced editorial leader to head up our motorcycle coverage. In this role, you'll set the editorial direction for our two-wheeled content, guide a team of writers, and ensure everything we publish meets the high standards our readers expect. You'll combine hands-on writing and editing with team leadership, balancing quality journalism with the demands of a fast-moving digital publishing environment.

Requirements

• Proven editorial leader with experience running a content vertical or team.
• Deep knowledge of the motorcycle industry (cruisers, sport bikes, ADV riding).
• Sharp editorial eye capable of identifying strong story angles and acting on them quickly.
• Collaborative leader who can mentor writers and elevate the quality of the whole team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital media environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills across news, reviews, and longform formats.
• Experience with Discover/SEO-driven content strategy and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
• Ability to manage editorial calendars and hit deadlines consistently.
