As the Deputy Director, Operations, this position will be responsible for the management of specific Operations duties including overseeing and managing Production, Stores (Shipping, Receiving, Inv Management), site Security, Facilities, health and Safety, and Maintenance. In addition, this position will have responsibility for the CUAS Field Service Engineers (FSE), Field Applications Engineers (FAE), demonstration and training planning / scheduling, management of the demo pool equipment assets, and supporting business development on customer visits. This role also involves shaping the direction of technology by working with engineering to identify areas of software/hardware needing attention, refinement, or updates, identifying emerging technologies for integration, providing SME support for program/NPI execution, and executing system installations, support, and troubleshooting, including customer on-site maintenance visits.
