Sanctuary for Families is New York’s leading service provider and advocate for survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking and related forms of gender violence. Every year, Sanctuary empowers thousands of adults and children to move from fear and abuse to safety and stability, transforming lives through a comprehensive range of services. We provide a range of wrap-around services to help survivors rebuild their lives in the aftermath of abuse, and work to end gender violence through three key strategies: direct services, outreach and training, and systems-change advocacy. Our services are available in 12 locations throughout New York City. The Strategic Systems team works to enable Sanctuary’s mission through strategic and effective use and governance of technology. The Deputy Director of Strategic Systems reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Systems and plays an important role in the design, implementation, and modification of the agency’s enterprise systems. They will oversee program reporting, evaluation and impact measurement efforts, including necessary collaboration with program staff. The Deputy Director of Strategic Systems also supports the broader use and enhancement of all enterprise applications, including creation or implementation of related policies. A successful candidate will be mission-driven and will bring their unique background and experience to the work of enabling better service delivery through data and systems.
