The Critical Incident Stress Management Unit (CISM) mission is to provide ongoing support to members of the service who respond to or are Involved in critical incidents. Participants meet with qualified Mental Health Professionals to debrief an incident and receive ongoing support and training in a confidential and supportive environment. The program collects and maintains key program performance, outcome measures, and dashboards to inform trauma mitigation support initiatives and suicide prevention. The Critical Incident Stress Management Program is a proactive approach in promoting wellness and overall well-being of all members of service. The Health and Wellness Section is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Administrative Psychologist, level M-2 designated as the Deputy Director, Health and Wellness Section. This position will have a detailed and intricate role in assisting the Director with supporting the department in the section dealing with mental health issues.
