About The Position

The Deputy Cyber Program Senior Manager Director is responsible for developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment for the Security Operations Center (SOC). While operating in accordance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) and relevant Federal Executive Directives, the Security Operations Center (SOC) functions as the central hub for managing and reporting information security incidents.

Requirements

10 years of expertise in methodologies like Agile, or Scrum
10 years of expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple projects
10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependencies
Experience in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies
US Citizenship required
The ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
