Performs a variety of tasks which support the operations of the Court including receiving, recording and filing documents; assisting the public; receiving and accounting for money; and assisting the Clerk of the Court. This role involves general duties such as assuming the duties of the Clerk of the Court as required, receiving, recording, and filing documents, assuring the scheduling of cases and hearings, preparing and typing a variety of documents and records, preparing and distributing the court calendar, collecting, receipting, and accounting for money, responding to inquiries and requests from the public, and operating various office machines with emphasis on personal computers. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Performs other related duties as required.
