About The Position

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining compelling merchandise presentations that engage customers and stimulate sales. The manager will also oversee the visual display team, enforce company policies, and collaborate with the merchandising department on floor layouts and displays.

Requirements

Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, required.
Meet age requirement of at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 traffic violations and 1 chargeable accident within the past 3 years.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Demonstrate a proven background in interior or floor design.
Follow direction from multiple members of upper management.
Maintain a positive attitude when working with customers.
Apply knowledge of employment practices, safety standards, and merchandise handling procedures.

Nice To Haves

Possess a minimum of three years of management experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentations that engage customers and stimulate sales.
Ensure crew is present, on time, and ready to work.
Enforce all company policies and procedures and perform disciplinary actions when necessary.
Protect the company image and brand standards at all times.
Purchase and manage visual display accessories.
Collaborate with the merchandising department to design floor layouts, including discounts and special purchases.
Update and rotate displays and signage to reflect inventory changes and promotions.
Develop and execute ideas for merchandise displays and window presentations.
Arrange props, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, and accessories.
Oversee the visual display team, including evaluations, discipline, recognition, and separation documentation.
Perform any other duties as directed by management.
