Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to analyze information, investigate issues, and drive resolution
Proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally

Responsibilities

Conduct internal reviews of consumer and business deposit accounts to ensure accurate coding, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Document exceptions and collaborate with branch locations to resolve them in a timely manner.
Process account maintenance requests from customers and branch personnel.
Provide knowledgeable support to bank locations regarding deposit account questions.
Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
Adhere to all bank policies, including the Business Ethics and Conduct Policy and Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and complete all required compliance training.
