Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by guiding customers through their banking journey and proactively identifying services and products that strengthen their experience.
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit, and ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are completed correctly.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of consumer and commercial loan accounts, including loan documentation, payment information, collateral information, and other loan-related records.
• Process teller transactions, handle cash, and accurately balance cash drawers.
