Deposit Operations Specialist
About The Position
Within Deposit Operations, responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational and electronic banking functions to support the overall bank deposit operations. Completes more complex account maintenance, such as vesting changes. Researches and completes Service Cloud cases within their rotational unit; follows up with customers with resolution as needed. Researches and analyzes clients' bank accounts to detect and prevent possible fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions. Prepares and maintains appropriate reports of fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions for clients' bank accounts. Completes daily tasks such as wire processing, stop payments, exception processing, mobile deposit review, etc.
Requirements
- Credit check
- Criminal background check
- Pre-employment drug screening (includes screening for marijuana)
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity and coordination required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
