About The Position

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office, including Excel
Solid math skills with the ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
Problem-solving mindset and good judgment
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Previous banking experience preferred (retail banking or deposit operations a plus)

Responsibilities

Maintaining and updating customer account records in accordance with Bank policies and procedures
Reviewing signature cards and Safe Deposit Box leases for accuracy and completeness
Monitoring and overseeing CD, DDA, and Safe Deposit Box maintenance completed by associates
Creating and tracking exceptions for missing or inaccurate documentation
Processing credit card payments and reviewing Reg CC holds
Assisting with additional deposit operations tasks as assigned
