Requirements

  • Technical Studies
  • 1-2 years experience in Deposit Operations, customer service, or a related role within the banking industry.
  • Banking Experience.
  • Bookkeeping Experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadliness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Associate Degree in Business

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage changes to customer account information, including personal details, account status (active, dormant, closed), and product upgrades or downgrades.
  • Maintain customer information files, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, and inefficiencies in banking operations, and collaborate with teams to develop corrective actions.
  • Ensure all changes to account information are accurately documented and updated in the banking system to maintain data integrity.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Supports internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit requests.
  • Provide training and support to bank staff on deposit management procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leaders.
