About The Position

This position will be responsible for performing administrative duties including heavy customer phone contact, report creation & follow-up and filing. Full Time hours up to 40 Hours per week, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Checking Update Exceptions Reports
  • Checking & Savings New & Changed Account Reports
  • Holds Update Reports
  • ACH Files- Downloading ACH files from our business banking product, entering on a spreadsheet, and monitoring that the business customer
  • Review Business Banking transfer in Access Manager
  • Review Check Reconciliation Report
  • Review New Customers Online Banking Reports
  • Review Inactive Customers Online Banking Reports
  • Review Online Bill Pay Payments over $4,000.00 report
  • Set Up New Online Business Banking Customers’
  • Review Savings Bonds and Interest process by branch
  • Weekly Mail out Change of Address Letters
  • Handle customer (internal and external) requests, inquiries and complaints within limits of authority. Refer to supervisor when necessary.
  • Back up for Business Online and Oasis
  • Provides back up for all other Deposit Operations Functions by answering telephone inquiries and customer issues, including but not limited to:
  • Internet Banking – reset online banking customers
  • ATM – status card lost, and download ATM reports
  • Remote Deposit
  • Mobile Banking
  • Perform duties according to established Bank policy and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
